- Now is the time set aside for a Public Hearing regarding the rezoning of property owned by the Estate of Emmett M. & Mary E. Graham, represented by Gregory R. Graham. The request is from R-1 (Low-Density Residential District) to R-A (Residential Agricultural District) and comes from the Planning Commission with a recommendation to deny.
